When you enroll with Open Gym our Personal Training staff will identify all of your needs and then create a personalized exercise plan. It could be as simple as coming in to stretch and do cardio work three times a week for four weeks. If, after the first month, you have followed the plan but do not want to continue, we'll return your first monthly payment, and if you've signed a contract with us, we will rescind it.
