Meet The Trainers (keep scrolling for more):

Bryan Hartsfield.

I have been professionally training for over 15 years. I am extremely knowledgeable regarding exercise physiology, which includes, but is not limited to: medical exercise therapy, sports rehab (post injury), preventive injury and cardiovascular conditioning.

There is more to working out than just sweating in the gym. Having a well thought out plan combining exercise and nutrition is essential for achieving your goals. As your personal trainer, I will chart your progress, analyze and design a custom tailored exercise program to fit your needs; seeing what works for you and what doesn't. Nutrition is just as important, up to 80% of your success in the gym is attributed to nutrition. Combining exercise and nutrition together, I will help you to achieve your desired results.

I have successfully delivered significant results to a variety of client types from beginner level to sport enthusiasts. I encourage a healthy lifestyle and strive to help others reach their fitness goals.

People need maximum results for their efforts toward their fitness goals. I have lived a life of physical fitness and know the benefits that come with that lifestyle. I know that all of us have had first hand experience of seeing the consequences of not living a healthy lifestyle. It is my strong desire to help others reach their fitness goals by providing them with a program of appropriate exercise, teaching them how to avoid injury, and being there to motivate and encourage them to reach there goals. I am originally from outside of Durango Colorado, and very grateful for the experience of living in a rural community. A couple of my passions in life are cycling, and also I am a huge fan of martial arts.  Call me at 505-407-1647 for a free introductory training session.

Kathleen Stabler

I have been fortunate in discovering that my passion for testing my physical limits.  Creating adventures and challenges for myself has led me to my other passion:  training and supporting others in their quest to be the best they can be.  I train athletes, at all levels, leading with the belief that a holistic approach to training will result not only in the reaching of athletic goals, but also to a deep and lasting sense of accomplishment, self-confidence and joy in living. I have seen and experienced the breaking through moment when mind/body/spirit come together in the commitment to training, and at that moment, anything is possible.

My own athletic passion lies in the mountains.  I am an ultra trail runner who spends many hours discovering and pushing my limits in sometimes unforgiving environments.  I do slow down for hikes as well!  A relatively new discovery in my life has been rock and ice climbing, a perfect combination of strength, time in the mountains, focus and movement.

I am a Level 1 Gym Jones trainer, currently preparing to finish Level  2.  I am the head strength trainer for Simpatico Studio/Women Riding Well (club and team) and I have been the Director of the La Luz Training Program for 3 years.  I have completed the USATF coaching certification course.  I train individuals privately, in small groups and in classes, and my clients include runners, tri-athletes, cyclists, rock climbers, hikers and many others ranging in age up to 70.  I also provide guide services, leading hikes and helping individuals discover the joy of being in the wilderness.

It would be my pleasure to meet with you and discuss your fitness goals and how they might best be reached.
